43winph Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Philippine Players

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated below whenever they appear:

• "43winph", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 43winph.click, including all associated services, games, promotions, and support functions.
• "Player", "you", or "the account holder" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 43winph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on 43winph, through which you access all games and services.

• There is evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or result irregularities as reported by the relevant sports governing body.

For casino games and jackpot slots at 43winph, results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software from licensed third-party providers. In the event of a technical fault mid-game — such as a disconnection — the round result is determined by the game's internal state at the time of the fault. Disconnection during a game does not automatically entitle a player to a refund.

43winph sets minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per event, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip. Maximum payout limits per event or per day may also apply and will be communicated in the relevant game or event rules.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's funds will be held securely for a period of up to 30 days during the investigation process. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, the relevant portions of the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 43winph account may do so by contacting support. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
